Poor Battlewagon

The "Battlewagon" came to an exciting demise on 6/24/04
as the result of someone else's poor choice of changing a tire
in the (left) carpool lane of I-5 just before the convention center.
I saw him in time and was stopped when a car behind me
failed to slow down much before hitting us at about 60 mph.
Very fortunately, Doug and I were pretty much ok after about
2 weeks of sore backs and necks, but we didn't end up picking
out wedding invitations that day, the station wagon became
a hatchback, and I had to get a new car.
Again.

(I'm really looking forward to having a car long enough to be
able to trade one in some day.)
